*All hair prices listed above are Advanced stylist base pricing. Advanced and Master Stylists are more experienced, have more education, and have been with Venus (or another reputable salon) for at least 5 years. Master stylist pricing is set individually and can range from an additional 5 to 10% increase above base pricing. We do not modify pricing if you choose to forego the wash and style for any haircut, as it’s already included in the price. Be sure to mention your preference in stylist when booking; Advanced, or Master Stylist.

Your appointments are very important to our Salon and Spa team of professionals at Venus Day Spa. We happily hold your appointments for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Our staff will then be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, accommodating clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues do come up and will do our best to work with you in case you show up late or have an emergency. Additionally, any one of our team members might also have unavoidable circumstances from time to time such as a sudden illness or weather factors which may result in needing to reschedule your appointment as well. We make every effort to avoid having to do this, however, it can and sometimes does happen, regrettably. We thank you for your understanding.
Tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their next client. If repeated tardiness, last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become somewhat of a habit, you will be asked for a non-refundable payment in full before being scheduled again. Our apologies.
As a courtesy, we do utilize a call, text and/or email software program to confirm the date and time of your first service of the day with us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that remembering your appointment dates and times is still your responsibility.
