You will have to pay a 50% deposit via credit card to book a service with us.   (Some services require 100%)  Your credit card deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A SERVICE ONLINE expecting a refund for the deposit on appointment day.  If you have a gift card that you will be redeeming, you should call the Spa to book.

​

On the day of your appointment, we do not refund your credit card deposit to utilize a gift card instead.  Your gift card can be used for your balance.

Please call the Spa at 570-389-1985 if you plan on using a gift card.

• Choose from our currently available appointments in real time.

 

• If you make an error or need to cancel and are having trouble, please contact us at 570-389-1985

• If you book an appointment online and no-show us, (or cancel with less than a 24-hour notice), your account will be restricted and you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before you can book another one with us.  Your credit card will be charged.

 

• IMPORTANT:  Please pay full attention to the online booking policy that you will be agreeing to in order to proceed with booking your appointment(s).

 

• Sorry, we can NOT accept emails, texts, or social media messages as a form of cancellation.  You MUST call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel.

• Additionally, we do not offer refunds on services; only repairs and corrections when notified within 2 business days.   Thank you for your attention concerning this matter.
