THE FOLLOWING DETAILS ARE NEEDED WHEN CONTACTING US ABOUT YOUR DATE:

• The actual wedding date. 

• What time you need us to be *finished* by.   We will start at that point and work backwards when confirming staff availability and a “start” time.

 

These details are required with your inquiry so that we can see if you will fit into our schedule and provide all of your requested services.   We can then quote correctly and appropriately.   

 

Additionally, our hours begin at 9 AM on Saturdays and at 10 AM through the week.  If you are having an early wedding ceremony and need our staff to begin any time BEFORE 9 AM, there is a flat early start fee of $200.  Sorry, we can not accommodate Sunday weddings.

BOOKING/DEPOSIT:

​

To book and hold your date, we require a down payment of half to reserve the time and these services for you.  Until your deposit/payment is received, the date will be considered as available and open to any additional appointments and inquiries, so we encourage you to pay special attention where this matter is concerned.  If modifications are necessary after your deposit is made, your balance will simply adjust or increase as necessary.  We do not guarantee that additional appointments can be added or taken once you have booked your wedding with us, but we will do our best to accommodate you.  

 

PAYMENT:

Once you have emailed us with some more information and we begin the process, communication will be via EMAIL ONLY so that all requests, pricing and questions / answers are documented in writing and can be easily researched if need be.  Once we have authorized your date and have agreed on a quote, your deposit will be due.  

 

Payment can be made by:  VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER either by phone or in person, CASH, or by PERSONAL CHECK during normal business hours:  

 

Phone payments should be made to 570-389-1985 during Spa business hours.  Our hours are as follows:   

M, Tue, Fri:  10-6 PM.     Wed, Thu:  10-8 PM.     Sat:   9-2 PM.

All payments and deposits must be made by the bride, and deposited into the BRIDE'S account.

BALANCE:  Your remaining balance is due in full no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date.   A $50 fee will be added to all accounts providing a late payment.

CANCELLATIONS:  

​

30 days or less, prior to wedding date:  Sorry, payment is non-refundable

30 to 90 days prior to wedding date:  40% refunded

90 days or more, prior to:  100% refundable

NO-SHOWS and late arrivals that cannot be serviced on the day of the wedding are not refundable under any circumstance.  Please double check your start time.  We understand things happen out of your control, however, we have held this time for you as requested, preventing our staff from taking another service; they are committed to those appointments.  Thank you for your consideration and understanding with regards to our staff's time.

WEDDING DAY ARRIVAL TIME:

​

On your wedding day, it is imperative that you arrive at least 15 minutes BEFORE your start time.  We allot a set amount of time for you, therefore, it is extremely important that we stay on schedule so that we can complete all services for your requested finish time.  We operate on an extremely time-sensitive schedule and can not correctly perform services for you if you arrive any time later than your scheduled appointments.  (We urge you to call us a day or two prior to your wedding to confirm your BEGIN time).  We strive to work in a calm and stress-free atmosphere -- especially for your wedding day -- so we appreciate your attention concerning this matter.  Late arrivals will not be guaranteed service, and you will forfeit your pre-paid payment in full.
